Booking & Payments:
For bookings under R20,000, full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
Bookings above R20,000 require a 50% deposit to secure the date, with the remaining balance due three days before the booking date.
Cancellation & Refunds:
No refunds are offered due to weather-related cancellations.
Rescheduling is possible but may incur additional charges for rental equipment and travel expenses.
Deliverables & Revisions:
Work will not be delivered until the full payment has been received.
Refunds based on subjective client assessments of the work are not provided.
Reasonable revisions can be discussed and attempted upon client request.
Material Usage:
Raw images and footage remain the property of thephotoandvideoguy.com and Mattheus Petrus Badenhorst and will not be delivered to clients or third parties.
Unless otherwise arranged in writing, we reserve the right to use materials from client shoots in our marketing campaigns.
Client Preferences & Concerns:
Clients who prefer certain materials not to be used in our marketing can request removal, and we'll comply wherever possible.
We aim to fulfill our quoted service and product obligations. If we can't, we'll communicate promptly and offer a refund if appropriate.
In cases where we can't be present, we reserve the right to use an approved third-party contractor to provide the quoted service or products.
